The story of the origin of the mystery is set between failure, sleet and boredom, where we wanted to create the conditions for something more fun and interesting than visits to museums. In 2015, Emmi and Jussi, vacationing in the cold Tallinn of January, wanted to do something typical for themselves: experience new things, get excited together and challenge themselves. A TripAdvisor search led the couple to play a room escape game in a secluded alley in Tallinn. What was most prophetic to the whole Mystery story was that they didn't escape the room in time.
Room escape got their hands on them and the company grew to a size of five offices and more than 50 people. However, 2019 was the time for a new plot twist. Emmi and Jussi noted that creativity leads to new directions. In September 2019, Mystery became part of Truescape Oy's escape room game family.
