TRUESCAPE OY AND MYSTERY
These booking conditions and the terms of the online store apply to Truescape and Mystery locations as well as the online store.

1. The venue must be reached 10 minutes before the game. Delayed time may be deducted from the actual playing time if the situation requires.
2. The bookmaker is responsible for the correctness of the time and takes into account the maximum number of players in the game. Only the confirmation received by email will confirm the booking, so please check your email for confirmation. The reservation is binding unless it is modified by agreement.
3. A reserved game can be cancelled 48 hours before the game, either by phone or email. Later than 48 hours before canceled reservations, we will charge 50 euros. A full fare will be charged for non-arrival.
4. Alcohol is not allowed on our premises. We reserve the right to deny entry to intoxicated customers for the safety of the players and the game manager. If the game is cancelled or interrupted on the spot due to excessive intoxication, a cancellation fee of EUR 50 will be charged.
5. Payment will be made after the game on site by debit or credit card. We also accept Smartum cultural vouchers, Edenred virike and Tyky+ vouchers, ePass Culture Pass and Eazybreak mobile service as payment methods. With Tyky payment instruments, you can only pay your own personal share of the price of the game. Gift cards from us and those of our partners are also used as a means of payment. We do not accept cash payments. It is also possible for companies to pay by invoice. Billing surcharge of 6 euros.
6. If you want the game in English, please mention it in the booking details.

NB! There is a minimum charge of 120€ on Sundays. Games for 2-3 people cost 120€ on SUNDAYS, larger group sizes go according to the price list.

OPENWORK
Mystery room escape games are only available by reservation. Reservations can be made either on our website or by contacting our offices in Jyväskylä, Kuopio, Pori, Mikkeli, Turku or Tampere. We are open depending on the day between 10:00 and 22:00. Daily availability can be found in our booking calendar, but please contact us by phone for short notice games.

SPECIAL SITUATIONS

LARGE GROUPS AND COMPANIES
Are there any plans for a team break day for several teams at once? Would you like to reserve all Mystery Escape Room games for your use? Ask us for a quote.

ONLINE STORE
You can buy a variety of products in the Mystery online store. For mailed products, delivery time is 1-4 business days and Mysteeri is not obliged to offer alternative delivery. Orders received before 3pm will be sent on the same day. Mail shipments cannot be monitored by Posti or Matkahuolto, and we cannot ensure delivery times or certainty of delivery of these entities.

Products sold in the online store do not have the right to exchange or return. However, you have a statutory 14-day right of cancellation.

The service provider may transfer the responsibility for providing the service to another company, for example in connection with a business transaction, as long as the service remains equivalent for the duration of the validity of the gift card.

PAYMENT SERVICE PROVIDER

Paytrail Plc (2122839-7) is the provider and payment service provider of the payment intermediation service in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on a bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Plc is licensed as a payment institution. In the event of a complaint, we ask that you contact the supplier of the product in the first place.
